Our vision is to provide the best opportunities for young professionals in Fort Wayne. We strive to do this through community service and involvement. Charity is defined as the practice of benevolent giving. We are a charitable organization in that we give our time and services to the city. We offer the best opportunities for young professionals to build relationships while taking action in the Fort Wayne community.

Mission Statement: A Better Fort Charitable Organization is established with the intent of developing leaders, establishing comradery, and providing service and advocacy within the community. Through this we will champion young adults to grow personally, professionally and spiritually through an American pastime of philanthropy.

Philanthropy: Built around the words of Conrad Hilton: Charity is a supreme virtue, and the great channel through which the mercy of God is passed on to mankind. It is the virtue that unites men and inspires their noblest efforts. A Better Fort will maintain a foundation around the importance of philanthropy. The club will share this vision through consistent philanthropic work within the community.
