The entire community is invited to the IPFW campus for RiverFest 2011a day of festivity and celebration for one of Fort Waynes most prominent natural resources, our rivers.

Its a day for families, friends, and anyone who loves nature, sports, art, music, and food to indulge themselves in a day of riverside activities. From early morning to late at night, youll find events for all ages.

The RiverFest Mission

The mission of IPFW RiverFest is to preserve, protect and promote Fort Waynes rivers by raising awareness through education and fun. This event will stimulate interest in preserving our citys rivers and supporting initiatives of the Fort Wayne Friends of the River.
