June 16th-June 19th, 2011.

During an average Rib Fest over 20 tons of BBQ is consumed. We drink over 250 kegs of beer and over 35,000 soft drinks. We use 8000 toothpicks and 15,000 wet naps. And we listen to some of the best music available for FOUR WHOLE DAYS!

Cooking teams compete for Peoples Choice Awards "Grand Champion",

"Reserve Grand Champion", "Best Ribs", and "Best Sauce and BRISKET".

The same for prizes are awarded for "Critics Choice".
