Description:
We would like to thank you for being a part of our senior capstone project.
The purpose of this course is to utilize our managerial skills effectively by creating and executing
a successful, high quality, full service restaurant operation with motivated, organized employees.
Our class has picked the theme "Flavors of the West Side" and is operating out of The Mastodon Grill inside the Coliseum Holiday Inn IPFW.
We will be serving contemporary New York style food in a west side Manhattan atmosphere.
