As a young company, FortWayneNightOut.com is aspiring to not only provide valuable information to our community, but to also do great things for the community as well.
Over the past 24+ hours, we have been able to witness a great community gesture.
The "40 For The Angola Four" is a combined effort from Oasis Radio Group sister Stations U.S. 93.3 and HOT 107.9 .
Teri Armstrong and AJ Macguire from "The Pretty Early Show" U.S. 93.3 and "Austin and Alana in the AM" on HOT 107.9 have pledged to stay "On Air" until they raise $40,000 for the families of Matthew Riley Zimmer, Evan Weaver, Matthew Roe and Alexx Bauer.
We have been flipping between U.S. 93.3 and HOT 107.9 and have heard some of the calls they have received. Most touching was a call from Matthew Roe's sister and cousin.
The support that this community has given to these unfortunate families reminds us of why we love the great city of Fort Wayne.
