The English Tudor Frazier House was built in 2002 by Larry Frazier a fourth generation Indiana farmer. The house was built on one of his farms and is surrounded by 120 acres of fields and woods. Larry studied horticulture at Purdue University where he fell in love with the joy of landscaping. He landscaped for friends and family, but the Frazier House proved to be one of his finest accomplishments.
